The fitting
Two hours, one espresso, your numbers on paper. Included in every frameset, available on its own for any bike you already own.
How it runsFour steps, no mystery
A fitting is not a sales ritual. It is measurement, a little physiology, and a frank conversation about the riding you actually do, not the riding you plan to do someday.
- 1
The conversation
Forty minutes on what you ride now, what hurts after long days, and what the new bike is for. We write none of it down from memory; it all goes on the sheet.
- 2
On the size cycle
An adjustable rig we built in 2018. Saddle height, setback, drop, reach and stack move in millimetres while you ride in place. Most people find their ideal inside an hour.
- 3
Shoes and contact points
Cleat position, saddle choice from the wall of test saddles, and bar width measured shoulder to shoulder. Small things, enormous consequences.
- 4
The drawing
You leave with a one-page drawing: your numbers, the recommended model, and the paint colours we think suit you, argued over in pencil.
